Fajita Buffet: $20 Per Person

  • Chicken fajitas with bell peppers and onions

Gringo Taco Bar: $15 Per Person

  • Choices of meat: shredded chicken, or ground beef, or shredded beef.

Enchilada Bar: $15 Per Person

(2 enchiladas per person, you can make a combo with chiles rellenos)

Light Fare Buffet: $15 Per Person

  • Chingalingas (deep fried tiny flour tortilla burritos with meat and cheese inside) Meats: shredded chicken and shredded beef. OR

Boxed Lunch: $15 Per Person

1 choice per person - Caesar salad with grilled chicken, pico de gallo, and tortilla strips. - Napa Harvest chicken salad (romaine lettuce, tomatoes, grilled corn, grilled bell peppers, avocado, queso fresco, ranch or avocado dressing)

  • Fajita salad chicken (Steak add $2), grilled bell peppers, onions, whole beans, pico de gallo Sour cream, guacamole and shredded cheese.
  • Grilled chicken sandwich (Steak add $2) cheese, and avocado, louigi dressing. Served with fries and Caesar salad.
  • Portabella sandwich, cheese, avocado, louigi dressing. Served with fries and Caesar salad.
  • Taco salad, lettuce, beans, shredded chicken or shredded beef, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo
  • Grande burrito, stuffed with meat, refried beans, rice, and cheese. Sour cream and guacamole on the side. Meat choices: chile verde, steak, grilled chicken, pastor, carnitas.
